are you not happy with the stoyan one then? Yes! I'm thrilled with it. I have a preamp project that is ongoing and will likely need one in that and seeing as I like 10k Stepped Attenuators, and Stoyan isnt making any more, I thought I'd have a look at what is out there.

You'd want 2x 100k mono with 1% metal film

I think the 100K metal film resistor version would be best.
I am guessing the pots are 100K, have a look at the existing pots to make sure.

Should be ok, but there is a general acceptance of 100k into valve gear, well from Alan anyway lol

You will have limited the bass extension slightly coming from the phono section, assuming yours is phono/line.
You probably won't notice it.
