Some RG6 or RG59 coax with a few plugs on. Must cost about £15 tops to make. I bought 50m of a top quality coax for €45 last week.
They may sound good, but 5hey won’t be the best cable out there.

There are lots of good sounding cables that doesn't cost the Earth. I've made a lot out of RG types and they were all pretty good, except for RG316 which sounded like i was being assaulted.

Ah, Chunky Cables - those have been around for a few years, tried them myself a long time ago. Not bad, not wonderful - as they said in Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy - mostly harmless. A definite step up from patch cables.

A definite step up from patch cables. And thats exactly who are buying them...people moving up from red and white cables that came in the box with the gear they use. Nowt wrong with that. Look how popular the Klotz cable became after Brian released the recipe!

Look how popular the Klotz cable became after Brian released the recipe! Brian found the plugs, but it was me that found the cable. The goal being something cheap that worked.
