I think I need to hear it as well.
Found the schematic, it's passive RIAA (tick) and regulated supply (tick). However I have also read that the components are driven hard, even above voltage ratings, so would love to get my eyes inside it to check it over.

Nice old school piece of kit and highly regarded in its day. Looks a bit like a Croft amplifier.
