Well, I'm new here at least. Kind of old everywhere else however. There's a few about know me, hi guys 😊 System is in perpetual flux, I am becoming a true DIYer. So, today: Source 1: win10/64 home build, halide Bridge, DEQX 3.0, twisted pear 9018 dac Source 2: micro seiki ddx 1000, AT1503 mk 3, an arm 3, calrad 10" respectively Zu Denon 103, An Io2, VR2, sundry SUTs, Art Vinyl1 or Valab LCR stage, SJS Arcadia pre. Amps: Too many, but lately Lowther Jazz 6L6 (lightly modded), almost perfect amp. Speakers: Oh, easy one, my old ANE-SPX-SE. Interconnects: not a believer but a muddle of home brew and kondo/AN. Other: A man cave full of delights, waaaay to much to list, and a surprising number of valves, just in case...

Hi James I somehow expected some big Tannoys to be on your kit list after that classical bakeoff at Tom's place oh so many years ago!

Hi James I somehow expected some big Tannoys to be on your kit list after that classical bakeoff at Tom's place oh so many years ago! Hi Jerry, Nah, been there done that, got the scars. Much though I love Tom's speakers the Tannoys I had never worked for me in my room. I am a dyed in the wool AN-E fanboy it seems! Not afraid to try elsewhere but its an expensive gig with so much upheaval upstream. I am 'rationalising' myself and going to sell a tranche of the vast accumulated hoard of stuff I possess, then may look at alternatives. So saying I've just bought another 6 valve 'radios' , two of which have old idler drive decks in them, one's a Collaro with an exciting (currently) mystery cartridge! I am incurable

Goldfish that I am I have now got distracted calibrating my AVO, and building some 2P29L pre-amps, and a 5702WB stage for a pre, and it appears some PSUs for a pair of Rullit field coils. And the four jobs...why am I so busy
