Nope but I never really liked the Ion Obelisk amps it was based on. The lower two sounded weak and the 3x with Xpac was just too hard. Heed may have done a better job with the design thiugh

We did well with Nytech although struggled a little with the amps. When they sort-of evolved into Ion systems, they followed the hardness trail too far and they sounded horrid to me, very hard and fatiguing for some reason. I have no idea how it's done, but they were designed to sound that way and it wasn't an accident..
No idea about Heed though.

I’m glad I’m not deaf then. I remember a bit of uproar when Alvin Gold gave an Obelisk a bad review. They were really “bigged up” by some magazines, which made me think it was just me who disliked them.
They are also tricky to sort when they go wrong and they can take your speakers with them.
Again, no reflection on Heed. The guy behind Heed is a clever guy and he may well have turned them into something decent
