The current owners put the already high prices through the roof to allow distributor markups I gather. This move, I don't know what will happen, but Rudi's gold V will skyrocket further in value I reckon

They make a good product. Shame the current owners are ruining the company. The price rises have been insane and probably damaged sales. Looks like they are going for high end integrated lifestyle turntables. They won't compete with the German companies on this and at least those manufacturers will sell you arms and TTs separately. This is what happens too often when greedy investors buy a family run business.
