Very few things get on my tits as much as this fucking nonsense. Following a recent car service, I got a letter from the garage stating:
"Many thanks for your recent visit to Motorline.
We would like to thank you for your continued custom and to make sure that your visit to us was of the highest standard.
You will shortly get a questionnaire from the manufacturer to make sure your experience was worthy of a recommendation to friends and family. Top marks on this questionnaire is 10 out of 10. 
(Yes, fucking smillie inserted at this point!!)
If there is any reason why you would not wish to give us top marks, please get in touch prior to completing the survey and ask to speak to myself.
This score is most important to us, and to me personally, so if you could possibly fill this out for us that would be extremely kind.
Please remember: 10 = Satisfied, 9 = Acceptable and 8 = Not Acceptable."
What the fucking, F#ck? I came in for a fucking vastly overrated and over-fucking-charged car service. Not for fucking brain surgery, or to witness the atom being split.
I WILL do the questionnaire, and it will be 4 out of 10 for you C#nts!
