Is it possible to be banned from a forum which one has never even joined?

It is with Proboards if you have an IP ban from another Proboards forum. Also, theoretically possible to ah e posted without joining (some forums let you do this) and receive an IP ban.

Just another thought, but an IP address seen by the net isn’t unique to you. Just another thought, but an IP address seen by the net isn’t unique to you.
