80's. Thatcher!! Miners strike, most heavy industry closing, privatisation, selling off council houses and much more that the wicked witch was responsible for... oh and talking of pure evil and a long list of criminal records... Stock, Aitkin and Waterman.... the 3 horsemen of the Musical Apocalypse! 80's were the decade the music died. Musicians replaced by some twat talking fast and calling it rapping... to the accompaniment of a pair of perfectly good Technics 1200's being abused.
