The most knowledgeable prog rock man I've ever come across .
I'm wondering if anyone ( Stevie , Tipps mebee? ) has saved those films he made showing his prog collection and Sci fi books etc ?
It was truly inspiring.
A hand held trip around his house showing a veritable Santas grotto off beautifully kept records , books , magazines and memorabilia !
I also hope he's well and thriving.
He hasn't contacted me for over three months and hasn't returned any messages.
His last message to me was telling me he was posting as Blind Child Assburn , somewhere called Dunns place. He asked me to join him cos he needed me to bounce off. But Dunno place means bugger all to me ! ( anyone ? )
Since then ... nothing. That's why I'm concerned. He was no spring chicken.
The man is The ultimate Progmeister and a true original.

He caught me out good with his multi speaker connection query. He dangled the hook, and I swallowed it line and sinker, he kept reeling me in the swine.

An absolute legend, and a one-off. I laughed so much at some of his posts I almost had a heart attack. I sincerely hope that he's okay, and giving some poor forum admin hell somewhere in the galaxy.
All of his superb videos were lost when Phucker, in a fit of panic, deleted 3/4 of the Snakeoil posting history when he thought the authorities were closing in on him. |

Who knows? Phucker was just probably having one of his meltdown moments, and there have been a few of them. On this particular occasion he destroyed about 5 to 6 years plus of posting history and the place was never quite the same again.
Other squeaky-clean leading light forum hosts such as The Fat Controller from AOS and the late Kitchen Table Artisan from HFS have done their utmost to get him fucked-over but to no avail.
