I haven't, but Viborg make great quality kit, so wouldn't hesitate to buy one if I needed one.

Bad news, good news-- I looked more carefully and saw that the Viborg DC jack described the "Contacts Material" as "copper alloy", but then so do Oyaide and Elecaudio's main DC jacks. I asked Audiophonics for more information about the "copper alloy" in each plug. Their answer was "If it's not clearly stated pur copper or CuTe (Tellurium Copper) it's brass." So the bad news is the above Viborg (above), Oyaide, and Elecaudio jacks all seem to be gold plating over brass, which is a copper alloy after all. The good news is that the Viborg one will accomodate cables with an outside diameter of 9mm. Of course you could cut off the and smooth the end of the Elecaudio standard ones to also allow 9mm.
Not that any of these tell about the insulation resistance or the like. I do think the wider bodies better handle Star Quad cables since four leads need to be combined into two in the jack body.
One can opt for the fancy industrial circular connectors instead, but not all components can accommodate those, like my particular DAC and music server.
