i'll go first,a moment of weakness but it does mean i can compare both my turntables with the same arm. well thats how i justify it to myself lol
i needed this as the black plastic disc inside mine has been rather poorly made,i pressume the original one was missing, anyway i got a new one coming.

New wiring, bearings, stiffer pillar....the prototype sounded utterly sublime. Can't wait to get my arm back. We did a comparison of a Std Vs a Mk5 absolutely ages ago.

I am pleased to say that I have a Mk8 PHAT. It is utterly amazing. The detail to extracts from those little wiggly grooves is utterly outstanding. It is working superbly with my Benz Wood.
I don’t have the experience that Oliver has of hearing it in it’s different incarnations and comparing to Mk8, but I know it is the best sounding arm I have heard.

I believe they are available to everyone, but I don't think Angus is encouraging upgrades until he's cleared his current list of arms that needs completion. I'll let you know when I know more.

A 0.7m pair of SAEC XR3000, triple C balanced cable, which will be fitted with KLEI Perfect Harmony plugs and earth wire for tonearm cable duty - cant wait to try triple C, in my system, at that critical point.

I've bought Triple C to make up some interconnects between CD, TT and phono and Pre-power. One pair of 1.8m has made up 3 great cables. I also have PC CCC speaker cable, awaiting connecting up. Looking to possibly dip my feet into Yahoo Auctions. All has worked well for me, had to pay customs charges on the speaker cable, didn't on the interconnects.

Cheers Jamie, do you use triple C speaker cable too, like the Olster does ? yep, phono cable, rca's and speaker cable. and your observations with regard to presentation you're experiencing, with triple C ? * I'll be sharing my own observations, once the triple C cable arrives from Japan, then made up with rca's and earth wire for tonearm phono duty and then some good ole evaluation ...

the triple c interconnects were noticeably better than my previous ones (rfc venus). much better in the top end detail.same again with the speaker cable, (van damme hifi grade) the tonearm cable is the newest addition, not such a big difference for me there. you must do the copper plugs though, that does bring a nice tonal change.

Over the years many things, found a great import / export agent who was very helpful with cars, motorbikes, speakers, electronics and art.

Which it is!

My item has reached warehouse, so it tells me to go to packages, I've created a new package, where your address etc are put, it's one of the fields under shipping and required, as has a red box around it, It wont let me submit without putting in this TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (TIN) number, whatever the heck that is. I do find Zenmarket a bit of a ballache at times
