Just getting through the day without the old bones hurting, paying for the reckless of youth on bloody motorcycles.

Reading and taking in knowledge. I consider it essential. History of all kinds. From Pre Roman empire to modern pop culture. I never leave the house without a book. . But my main hobby , I must be honest.....is definitely Masterbation. I love it. It's a gift from the gods. I'm great at it aswell. I do it for hours at a time. . You did ask. 😳

I like to ride mountain bikes. I love walking in the sunshine and swimming in the sea but not much opportunity currently.
I like to renovate houses. In fact I like any manual work that results in visible improvements.
I’m also into self improvement/life coaching and NLP. I’m a big fan of Tony Robbins, Ed Lester and Wayne Dyer.

Don't have any other real interests anymore. I used to like photography and martial arts years ago, was damn good at both.
Even getting bored with Hi-Fi lately. I read a bit though. Got my weights out recently and may start a moderate work-out regime again, but I can't go too mad at my age.

It’s probably kept you young in many ways. I wish I’d done as much. I need more exercise in my life but Spring is the only realistic chance. I think I need some mental exercises too. I’m getting so forgetful and also really muddled when tasks mount up. I’m like someone with dementia half the time. I lose something pretty much every single day and I have zero recollection of events.

Reading/studying, going for long walks in the country. I was into photography, but my camera's packed in and I can't be arsed to buy a new one.

I sold it before coming back from Cyprus. I’d intended to take loads of pics of sunrises, sunsets, Flora, scenery etc. By the time I sold it, the only pic I’d taken was a shot of my foot with a red sock on, to make sure it worked. Sad, but a true reflection of my sloth.

I guess what Macca means is that he's too knackered after a day's work to do much other than veg out in front of the TV then go to bed. I recall when I was working and the girls were small that by the time we'd fed them, washed them, got them into bed and read them a story, we'd be speechless with fatigue. I watched a lot of TV back then.

Sometimes I like going for walks down the local street and the harbour area. Known as the Torquay Harbour.

An area I know well. Spent loads of time in the Brixham/Torquay area when I was a kid, mainly during the summer holidays.
My hobbies at the moment are running around after my daughter. I try and squeeze in some “me” time to listen to tunes when she goes to bed, but the older she gets, the shorter this becomes.

There was a time when my job was a total doss-about, now I have to do stuff and use my brain. Too tired to even want to listen to music most nights. If the place blew up overnight I'd be well happy but it's not going to happen.

Loads of folk on forums seem to get up like 4-4:30. Before posting on forums I’d never heard of anyone other than bakers and milkmen being up at such times. I don’t know how anyone can manage it. You have my admiration.
I’ve had to do it a few times for early flights and it’s wrecked me. When I worked, I’d often start at 10 and not even get out of bed before 9. Even that didn’t feel good.

You get used to it doing it day in day out. Eventually you wake up before the alarm goes off, your brain is that well trained.
If I have a week off (which is usually only at xmas) I soon revert to my natural hours which is going to bed at 0200 and getting up about 10 or 11.
Anyway you've got to make hay while the sun shines, I won't be doing it forever. Redundancy could be on the cards. They've already put everyone in my office except my department on their notice. They all finish end of May next year.

I'm awake before the alarm goes off at 7am and don't like laying in bed.
Unlike the lazy cow lying next to me, who expects coffee brought up at nine and eventually drifts downstairs at about ten, only to sit in front of the box all day.
