Trying out some 325is. These are the ''is'' version. The predecessor was the 325i with the gold colored metal cups.
Most folks here will already know the current Grado range is generation ''e''.
These 325is actually do sound pretty good. They certainly don't 'excite' as much like the cheaper models do. The best way to describe 325is is straight up more grown sounding up and less artificial, but still retaining that clean midrange Grado are well known for.
Not bad. But I still have a little soft spot for the SR60e/80e.
Always remember Grado's are not bass monsters. The bass is lean, close to a Stax in some ways.

Remember Graddo's for Saddo's.
Only exception being Allesandro big cups.....hard wired.
