Bump and reduced to £950 or px/swap.
I've had quite a few swap offers but none have worked out for one reason or another. My favourite offer was a vintage Threshold power amp, but the b#stard was too tall for my shelves!
So, open to swap/px offers or a cash sale.

Well done Jerry.
What's on the way in next?

Err, not really I lost a £packet on this. My run of hifi disasters continues apace. What's next? Deleting my ebay account and cutting up my credit card, I think!

I'm getting offers for stuff on eBay at about £300 lower than I want for stuff that is well worth the money and already competitively priced. It's a nightmare.

.... I put my Feliks headphone amp on ebay yesterday. Highish starting auction price, and best offer. I had a decent offer come through that I wanted to accept. But before I could someone placed a bid and that seems to have cancelled the offer. Phweesh. I hope the auction bidding goes high, it'll probably be a disaster.

I'm sure it would have been worth giving the Feliks a quick clean Jerry, really makes the amp look uncared for not doing so. I'm sure you can add Make An Offer but it costs extra. You could then get back to whoever made the offer and let him know.

You could then get back to whoever made the offer and let him know. Hmm, yes, good point about the dusty appearance. I am a bit of a lazy barsteward. Only noticed the dust in the camera flash when the photos were up on the listing, just added text about needing a light dusting. Dusted now and extra photos included, but I can't remove the old photos cos of the bid. I don't want to remove the bid, I think that would look a bit iffy. Hmm, on balance I'll leave the auction to run. Loads of watchers. Getting too close to Xmas to restart it, I think people's funds will be diverted elsewhere. I don't think you can add Make an offer. On an auction, Best Offer is only there until there's a bid. It's a bit irritating that a bid seems to cancel any existing best offers. I can't see the point of that, they only last 1 day, they should be allowed to complete.
