They are gonna be massive 😂 Can't beat a massive speaker. Solid and well braced, I hope. None of that thin walled, vibrate along with the music nonsense!

I'd suggest they be raised up a bit to get the cabinets off the floor. Speakers always sound better to me that way. I've specified castors to be fitted, which will get them off the floor, raise them up to the right height, and eliminate the chance of getting a hernia when shifting them about. Sounds good. Any idea of the weight? Apart from fooking heavy. 😂

Some low level stands would be epic.

Some low level stands would be epic. Supposed to have 4 cm tall feet under them so castors will give roughly the same lift. A 4cm tall stand doesn't really seem to be worth building and I doubt there's any stands like that commercially available.

I need to be able to move the buggers so the castors are a purely practical solution.
Not an uncommon sight on the big Tannoys and Altecs. Always found getting the speaker at the right height is what matters most by far with any form of speaker support. I've happily used stools, chairs, concrete blocks, blocks of wood and other ad hoc solutions in the past.

In my experience the important thing is just to make sure the cabinet doesn't touch the floor. A few cm is fine, I think. Tweeter height should be part of the design to give optimum sound quality.

Probably something like that? I really don't know, you might be right. Jason will probably have a better idea than me. The Vaders have an amplifier inside them with associated heat sinking so that's going to bump their weight up.

Agree. I also like to have some air gap betwixt speaker and floor (or whatever surface it stands on). Just a tiny gap will do. It's about 1cm with current speakers as they have little rubber feet fitted as standard. They come supplied with spikes that screw into them but I've never bothered with those.
