It's here and so far so good. Fed and watered, opened gifts, decided to put cash received towards starting a systems upgrades pot Yeah, had a very relaxed day here. Didn't even bother to cook a Christmas dinner. Just cooked the turkey and had sandwiches.

What!!!! No roast potatoes, sprouts and gravy!!!!!!
I didn't bother having Christmas dinner yesterday, too expensive ($15 - $35) and I can't eat that much so it's a waste. Today I'm going with a friend for a Sunday roast, $7 inc. a beer, more my budget, and it's a nice meal.

Spent the day running around, over to Fareham to see youngest daughter, then back to Portsmouth for mum, then to sons followed by crematorium then over to Fareham again for dinner at eldest daughters, Got back home to Chichester about 6, fell asleep in chair as had been awake since 04.15, woke up and went to bed 7.30, bloody sleep pattern has gone to rat Sh#t this last week + no alcohol as driving. Bloody boss texted to ask if I wanted to open the shop boxing day + Monday so sent him back a simple one word reply "NO" then switched phone off so he couldn't ring to moan at me.

Today we're off to a log cabin in the Forest of Dean for the week. Whoops, damn, I missed this. Whitemead? About 15 minutes from my place. Would have been nice to have you pop round, but then again the family stuff is more important!

Oh right, damn. Yes, not far from Coleford. Ah well. It was a clear trip there and back and was only around 1.5hrs, so could happily do the journey again if an invite is forthcoming! I'd enjoy a listen to the "many rigs of Jerry"

I'd enjoy a listen to the "many rigs of Jerry" That would be great, but I think my Mrs wants Omicron to calm down a bit before I host any new music sessions. I'll drop you a line as and when, Oli.

Totally understand that. I had it last week and I'm still knackered, even though I'm now doing negative returns on the tests.
