Hello please could you help me to indetify if these MAZDA ECC83/AX7 are original of fake?They have same code letters I-3 AND AXA6231 on both silver plate. Difficult to say, as a lot of Mazda valves are rebranded valves from other factories.

IMHO the writing appears too crisp and the internal metal plates are just too clean.

Have a look at eBay item number 254252775619These have what looks like a small ribbing in the plates, which is missing from the pictures above.

I dunno.......the way the pins are laid out inside the glass looks very close to an original and any fakes probably wouldn't do to those lengths.
Also the pins are bent, which you simply don't get these day from a newly made valve.

Yeah, but they don't normally bother is what I'm saying. True, but I suppose it depends on how much each valve is worth mullard 8157's go for $249 nowadays, I've got 8 sitting at home, that's a decent deposit on a BBu!!
