I don't doubt you, Geoff. It's actually piqued my interest that you think so highly of it. I'm willing to try one with an open mind. Don't expect it to be a 'mini Krell', but it's bloody good for the money they can be picked up for. No, I wouldn't expect that lol. Open mind. |

They're decent circuits, not brilliant parts, and built with some odd layout and physical spec choices, that where the improvements lie. You can make them sing. Dadaelectronics are the go to guys.

The 306 is a big step up from the performance of the 405 (I have/had both) but can still be bettered.
The 306 still sounded a bit veiled compared with a clean valve amp.
