i took home just over 3 k this month
wife almost 4k after tax...almost nothing to pay out now in our lives..just the normal running costs of this gaff..about 500 quid a month for everything.
1.5k credit card bill this month
so we will save about 5 grand this month..we bought a new tv so save 4 grand...we save that every month now...will be at 100k in savings within 2 years..paying off all your debts is the best thing ever..life like royalty forever..

I’m out of touch with PCs bit loads these days have no DVD drive and small memory, I dunno if you can answer but what do you do with buying software? Is it all downloads? Also is the SSD big enough? Lots of ones I’ve seen are tiny. I will need to buy a new laptop one day so I’m trying to get my head around modern ones. |

ssd is a must imho..we got 18 computers here and the 2 best ones use ssd..
lightning fast
never ever freeze
no buffering.
this new pooter can stream 4k 2k and 60 fps aswell..that's a must if you have a 4k tv

hope the new tv arrives today..got everything ready for when it does..bracket on the wall in the bedroom for the old 50 inch.
will get another top spec pc next month for me tv room as i want to start streaming 4k videos. the mac mini i got struggles to do that.
we get paid next wednesday..EVERYONE in sweden gets their salary on the 25th..will be saving all the wifes 4k this month..
4 grand a month we save now being totally debt free lol..
new camaro
new moped car for our son
then we save hard all the way untill we hit 65 to buy a house in spain..should be easy to find 200k within 11 years..fekin awesome being debt free and having 100k a year plus salary between us...means we can do as we like. i could retire today if i wanted. ofc i wont do that..got to keep pushing hard till the end. marie's mum is 85 and got dementia we'll get over 100k from her will aswell..most of that will go into funds for our son. we dont need her money now..gice our son a good head start in life 100k

lazy day today.
housework has been done.
have a cold bath soon. then relax on the varanda..listen to some radio 2 .have me breakfast outside. too hot to do any jobs ffs..i was gonna start to do some painting on the house..that can wait untill it cools down.
we might pop into town later and have lunch..marie is off today.poor girl has been working so hard for us lately..as in the uk top class nurses are in short supply here.she has never ending work in the neuro intensive care she works in. clever girl she is..keeps me in a life of luxery so i never complain.
right nice cold bath then relaxation time..

Something people here without air con do is freeze some large bottled water. When they are solid ice they use them in the same way you would. A hot water bottle. Stick a couple in your bed or apply to your body to cool off. Worth a go if it gets silly hot again. |
