Second Karma67 recommendation pretty much as good as it gets short of a decent stereo microscope, my brother uses one of these things and swears by it, just a reasonable lap top required.

yep,easy to use and has other functions too. i believe the fozy only does crosstalk where as the adjust+ does phase alignment which apparently is more important to get right.

Better off with a dual channel oscilloscope.
If you cart alignment is right, and your stylus on straight, correct phase is a given.
If your stylus is skewed you'll need huge cart skew to correct it due to distance from bolts to stylus.
Azimuth adjustment does not affect phase, only stylus rotation about the vertical axis does, not yaw.
