I’m not usually a fan of such things, but it just so happens it’s a good time to commit to changes, so here goes.
1. Get healthy again. 2. To that effect, get another place in Cyprus and spend tine there to achieve 1 above. 3. Spend my UK time just enjoying my gorgeous system. 4. create a year I can look back on as transformational.

To move..... I'm bored here (got another place, but the rest of the family are hogging it ). To make more money..... The pension needs a bit of help. To start working out again..... I've done it before, many times, can't see any reason not to have another bash even at my advancing years.

Cut down on the booze. Oh hang on I think that's against my religion.
I did manage a dry day last Friday but have been practicing ever since for the Xmas bender.

I don't do resolutions, except I must shift this post-accident fat.
It's not a good look.

To stop wearing a black leather bondage gimp suit to do the shopping in Tesco and to do less nude modelling.

You wouldn't be the most weirdly dressed person in the Tesco here.

Yeah I've seen those before - but you can't compare with the Yanks, they're in a different league when it comes to weird.
They banned shopping in your nightwear at the Sainsbury by me a couple of years ago as it was getting out of hand.
