Ugly Kid Joe - Cats In The Cradle (vinyl) π This is a great track. I remember my dad coming home from work with it on CD for me. I was only a nipper, and the other tracks were full of profanity....I loved it π€£

Ahh, the walrus of LUUURVE, the man made a fortune putting different words to essentially the same tune. What a great asset he was to the DJs erection section at the end of the night.

Oh thatβs a good idea.. Steve Miller. Might have to find that in a minute. In the meantime just trying to cool down after car cleaning and garden crap removal exertions We always have FIP radio on a Saturday. Good hangover music.. you never ever know what those French are going to choose next .. So far weβve had this kinda stuff. Good when you donβt want to have to think about choices too much

Not often I come across current music that's worth bothering with but make an exception here. Swedish three-piece, check them out on Youtube:

Foo Fighters 'There Is Nothing Left To Lose.' There's a story behind this. Back when it came out in 1999 my manager's husband was a photographer for Rolling Stone magazine and was big pals with Dave Grohl. Highly impressed with the record (I still am) I jokingly told her to ask her husband to tell Grohl that I thought he had made the first truly classic rock album in years and that it would stand the test of time. He actually did tell Grohl this and reported back that he was over the moon about the compliment. Coincidentally I was reading an interview with Grohl from last year where he says this is his favourite album of anything he's ever done.
