''The album cover features a photomontage by Robert Lockart. It includes an image of a line of prostitutes, standing in a red-light area in Rouen, France, waiting for clients, chosen because of its relevance to the album title. Walter Becker and Donald Fagen themselves commented on the album art in their liner notes to the reissued The Royal Scam, saying that that album possessed "the most hideous album cover of the 'Seventies, bar none (excepting perhaps Can't Buy a Thrill)." The cover was banned in Francisco Franco's Spain and was replaced with a photograph of the band playing in concert.''

Just listening to The Best of Frank Sinatra on Tidal, and enjoying it Must be getting old, so will have to be careful or I'll be listening to the Beatles next and buying my clothes from Greenwoods

That's the one. I bought that when I was in my twenties and it must have had a hundred plays.

Unfortunately not Macca, I've just put on Live at the Meadowlands and they also have Live at the Sporting Club Monte Carlo

Really? I'm shocked they don't have that.
I've got most of his live albums and 'Sands' is by far the best. Best arrangements (by Quincy Jones), best sound quality, and Sinatra at the height of his powers. At least IMO, I know a lot of people preferred his voice when he was young.

Fink - Bloom Innicent - Acoustic version. The Khozmo really shines here, letting a lot more of the detail through.

Around 1979/1980 I was in the first throes of my Linn-Naim programming. A popular dem album was this (Smallcreeps Day by Mike Rutherford). Side 2 mainly at 24:00
The LP is a bit toppy (something the producer apparently liked) and so is this vid, so be warned...

yes congratulations. I have another 160 days to go. To be honest.. I think that’s great timing. When I first stopped it took me 6 months to get used to the idea (and then I went self employed!!) But you don’t want to stop now.. too cold and dark. April is fantastic as you’ve got the whole of the summer ahead.

yes congratulations. I have another 160 days to go. Wow, bet those days are really getting longer now! Probably just another 35+ years for me so a fair few Covid boosters and no doubt father Christmas will most certainly be a woman by then, possibly of transgender.

Santa will be the only allowed name and it will be a they or them. We'll be sitting there saying "in my day, it was wonder woman..... nowadays its wonder if it's a woman"

Weird thing is I find it easier working during the summer months than I do in the winter.
