I don't know. I knew the 252 and 352 (md versions too) but not really the higher models up. The 752 didn't get reviewed well sadly and Robin had left his MA consultancy work and started Epos by then I believe. There was a floor standing MA two way in a simple box (maybe closed off half way I can't remember) and it had a copper coloured tweeter dome (I think both drivers were Elac) and these were nice. After the ES14, I remember the two way M-S models which sounded excellent but with simple cabinets (3-20 and 3-10 I can't remember now) that Robin designed. he went to Mission for a while and did things for them (the very slim line of the late 90's with metal pole pieces and quite striking looks) before moving into the pro market from where he seemed to disappear...

They certainly have “something” that makes them special. I really think there was more to be had from the design too. The cabinets and stuffing were weaknesses. The stuffing was horrible hard foam which did something really nasty to the sound IMO. Far too much of it too. The cabinet brace was ineffective and (IMO) badly designed and they rang like bells when unstuffed. Brace the cabinets, throw away the foam and damp the cabinet walls and I reckon they would be even better. Sorry, if I’m being blunt, but there’s so much more I feel you could do to them.

Hi, Congratulations on your first post! Please note, a change of forum ownership happened between the quoted post. The OP is no longer a member here. However, happy to read what else could be done to these classic speakers. Oliver.
