Forgive me for using this platform to big-up Neat Acoustics, but I thought I'd share my experience of their after sales service.
Due to recent alterations at Stevie Towers, I'd found the need to re-site my lash up into a different room. As a result, my 5-year-old Neat Momentum 3i speakers started to sound a bit bass-boomy. An on-line plea for help and advice resulted in some perfectly formed bass-port bungs dropping through the letter box, together with some well-judged advice on how to get the best out of them. This was completely free-of-charge, and some 5 years after purchase. The result is the speakers are completely tamed, and things are back to normal.

Bob is one of the best guys you will find in the hifi business. He offered to service my Graitas subs FOC 20 years after they were made and when I had bought them used.

That is great. Unfortunately never heard a Neat speaker sounding good.

I've heard them sound great, guy at Salford used to get the big guns jumping.
